The standard split is 70% to you and 30% to Zartevo. This covers payment processing, platform infrastructure, fraud protection, and customer support. High-volume vendors may qualify for custom commission rates.
Any downloadable digital product: code, themes, templates, plugins, UI kits, fonts, graphics, 3D assets, audio, video presets, e-books, courses, SaaS licenses, and more. Physical products are not supported.
Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe. Once you connect your Stripe account during onboarding, earnings are transferred directly after the clearance period. You can track every payout in real time from your dashboard.
Yes. Each product goes through a brief review to ensure it meets quality and content guidelines. This protects buyers and keeps the marketplace trustworthy. Most reviews are completed within 24–48 hours.
Yes. Zartevo handles currency conversion, international payments via Stripe, and automatic VAT/tax invoicing for buyers. You set your prices once in your base currency and sell globally.
Buyers can submit refund requests through the platform. You receive a notification and can add a note for the admin review. Zartevo handles the dispute process, and refunds are deducted from future payouts — not charged separately.
Yes to both. You can create coupon codes directly from your dashboard. You can also enable the affiliate program so that approved affiliates earn a commission for referring customers to your products — at no extra cost to you.
