We are looking for an empathetic, fast-learning Support Specialist to assist our global community. At Zartevo, we serve two distinct audiences: brilliant creators (vendors) and developers/designers looking for quick solutions (buyers). You will be responsible for answering support tickets, resolving download issues, processing refunds within our 30-day guarantee policy, and helping vendors navigate their dashboards and payouts. If you are tech-savvy and genuinely enjoy solving problems for people, this role is for you.
What we're looking for
- Fluent or Native English (excellent written communication)
- Previous experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, etc.)
- Patience and empathy when handling customer frustrations
- Ability to identify and document recurring bugs for our development team
