Setting up your profile
Customize your display name, avatar, language, and billing details.
Your Zartevo profile is visible on reviews, support tickets, and (if you are a vendor) your public vendor page. Keeping it complete builds trust with buyers and vendors.
Update your profile
- 1Sign in and go to Settings (top-right menu → Settings).
- 2Under Public profile, update your display name and paste an avatar URL (direct link to a square image, min 100×100 px).
- 3Select your preferred language — the platform will display content in that language where available.
- 4Click Save profile.
Invoice / billing details
Billing details are required to download invoices for your purchases. They appear on all receipts and can be updated at any time.
- 1In Settings, scroll to Invoice details.
- 2Fill in your full name or company name, billing email, address, city, postal code, and country.
- 3Optionally add your Tax ID / VAT number for B2B invoices.
- 4Click Save invoice details.
Tip: If you represent a company, use the company's legal name and VAT number. This information appears exactly as typed on the invoice PDF.
